No man you just made me think and read a lot more. I want to mainline my plants as it sounds like a good way to get more light around the plant and just get dense bud. Do you think 4 plants in 25 litre grow bags and top to 8 tops would be a better idea then cramming in 8 and topping 4. I know...

I'm just going by what I have read tbh, and from that I've taken.... less plants, bigger pots, long veg and aim for gpw. Or less plants, smaller pots, short veg and aim for gpw. I didn't really want to veg for a huge amount of time, so that's why I thought of doing more plants in small pots. If...

So after after more research, I am going for 10 litre pots under 600w hps, will be able to fit 8 in my room. I've also read that's 6.5 litre pots under a 600 would yield 2-2.5 oz and that's what I want a plant, so 10 litre should be plenty.

So after a lot of research and a little practice grow under cfls, I thought I figured out how i was going to set my first proper grow up. But after posting on here for the first time, I think I may be wrong. So this is what I'm thinking..... 4f by 2f 8f high box 600w/1000w hps 6in intake and...

Yo! First time posting so hello... About to build a grow box 4 foot by 2 foot and 8 high. Want to grow between 8 and 10 plants. What would be the best light 600w hps or 1000w ? Any help would be great :joint:
