hey there new to the site this is my third grow first grow journal though. My first grow being 2 plants from bag seed they turned out to be 5 feet tall and 3 feet wide and a little more than i wanted to handle for the first grow and now would be too much for the room im growing in. My second grow was LowRyder 2 purchased through the BC Bud Depot i was very surprised with the amout( just under 3oz dry weight) i was able to pull off of her considering her size(26 inches tall 12 inches across)6 hope some of you come to check it out and enjoy what you see

Day: 18
Strain: Easy Ryder
Lighting: 250 w MH - switching to 250 w HPS one week into flowering (comment on if this is optimal)
Light Cycle: 20/4
Nutes: Advanced Nutrients Micro-Grow-Bloom three part formula once ( havent used nutes yet)
Pot Size: 2 gal.
Closet size: 2x3x8

i was able to transplant into my 2 gal. pot today though im a little concerned that i left it in a 16oz party cup for too long and stunted the growth a bit. I am aslo worried about the yellowing leaves near the bottom should i begin with the nutes?

sorry camera dies while posting this i'll have the pics up either later tonight or tomorrow

yo dude im subbd up. give it a day or two to get over being transplanted. there should be some good stuff in the soil that will hel pthe ellowing. if it doesnt start to come back use a dose of micro and grow nutes 1/4 strength. autos are usually nute sensative

peace

That harvest looks good, hope you enjoyed your hard work. New growth looks healthier then your first set of leaves. I have to agree with crazy train about autos being sensitive.

Any pics of your closet?

Good luck with this grow.

good luck man, im subbed.

what kind of soil r u using? i used some cheap miracle grow from home depot, and they were great in it through veg, and didnt need nutes really. but i transplanted them and used some outdoor organic soil mix, and it went downhill from there haha.

but the smoke from the easy ryder is damn good. great head and body high that will sneak up before u know it and ur just sitting there with a smile on ur face.

thanks for the sub. OH i am enjoying it lol its a bit harsh but a few more weeks of cure should help. the new growth is is like right at the begining or yellowing now right around the edges i'm gonna do a small update after dinner and i'll have a few pics of the closet up for ya. the soil that i'm using is called Shultz Potting Soil just bought from Walmart. do you think the mix of the organic and miracle grow soil had to do with the prolem in your grow? YEAH i love those creeper chronics i cant wait to see this baby flower

Day: 19
Strain: Easy Ryder
Light cycle: 20/4
Nutes: none yet

DSC03055.jpgso theres the closet inside it looks messy lol but i'm going to be getting all the wires coiled up hanging from screws in the wallDSC03057.jpgtheres the closet outside with the door open the plastic sheeting was from canadian tire like 5 bucks and i use it for light blockage to prevent my closet from looking like the brief case in Pulp Fiction lol( when i have my HPS running) and i also used it to line the floor in there so i dont have to worry about water drainage as muchDSC03054.jpgDSC03053.jpgDSC03056.jpg and heres a few snaps of my baby some new leaf growth i gues that means that it took to the transplant but still i'll give it a few days i dont think that those pics really show what i was talking about around the edges of the largest leaves. I'm also thinking of starting another one of the LowRyder 2 because i still have about 2-3 months befor i plan to move so they should sync up pretty nicely and finish around the same time it can never hurt to add another but i'm off to go shoot some pool hope you all enjoy the update

hey 0ptics, what up. just checking out your grow. looks nice! (and awesome harvest on the last one). wish i could help you with that yellowing thing, but honestly i have no idea if it's soil, nutes (or lack thereof), lights, water, or what... hopefully the new growth will stay green!

hey, looking good optics. adjusting ph will help for sure. and that's a good start to the lst... while the stem is still pliable (in the next few days), you'll wanna push it down even more so that the "top" is no longer the top (if that makes sense), and the side branches start to grow upward and become new tops.

yeah, just be gentle though :) give it a few gentle pushes and don't force it more than it'll let you. don't wanna snap anything! peace.

ok so ive done a second watering with the PH down and checked the PH of the run off water it was extremely low(5)i dont know how i managed to do that because when i was adjusting the PH of the water both times i added 1 drop to 1 litre of water and shook it then left it for 5 mins and checked the PH and it was perfect between 6-6.5. I think i'm gonna run to the hydro shop and pick up a soil test probe. is it maybe the soil that im using? i would appreciate any help here
