Everything. You are giving vague info and saying everything is the exact same. Except it isn't exactly the same. You are getting hermies caused by stress somewhere in the system.

Same seed companies but different batches of seeds. Are you growing the same strains or are you growing different strains. Just because the seeds came from the same package doesn't mean they're all going to grow the same.
That has nothing to do with anything. Myself and many others have been making feminized by reversal using silver for years and never get hermies from our seeds.

Ive found that it depends on the ppm of silver that youre using. I make a high ppm nano silver with High voltage ac to low amp dc & have to dilute to not have that problem. The stuff bought online & at health food stores is a colloidal sized particle that works pretty well for a lot of things. But if the breeder used a finer particle/higher ppm silver it could cause the problem, Thats why I brought it up. It happened to me a couple times before I figured it out. Just sharing experience not claiming to be 200% positive. Dont shoot the messenger!

I wasn't trying to shoot anyone. What I mean is that just about everyone is using STS these days. The OP stated they're having issues with seeds from 10 different companies. It's highly doubtful that all 10 are using nano silver. I'm also not convinced that would cause the seeds to hermie either.
I've used CS myself without any issues but I made it myself. Most of the stuff available online is junk.
It's more than likely that the OP's issue has nothing to do with the seeds.

Could 2/6 plants every single grow showing intersex traits, be a slight exaggeration?
Only mean to say it may be normal. Wouldn't really think twice about the odd herm or two in a pack of seeds tbh.
If you can allocate the space, maybe start taking cuttings. That way you can weed out the herms and keep your best cuts?
In all seriousness though, if it's a herm or two in every dozen, I wouldn't sweat it. Happens.
Your first 3.5yrs growing from seed sounds blessed!
