NO ! Have you done something to cause attention to yourself or that you grow ? I don't wave red flags or make waves. Yes, we are registered as growers but so are probably 12000 or more others that don't grow(so far). There is no way the 25 mile rule can stand in a court of law. Of course, this is just my opinion.
Aren't we all on the radar? I mean they have my address and know I have been approved for cultivation...
To be honest with you, I have probably been known as a smoker for at least 40 + years, I ain't skeered yet !

No fanfare here. I'm as stealth as I can be. That comes from years of inner city living. Can't let anyone see what you have...cause they WILL take it!

What about the Maricopa board of supervisors decision to not let dispensaries in Maricopa county? Will this still be in effect?

I live in Maricopa, and they have made opening one here very difficult because of zoning restrictions. Does not bother me one bit. :)

this only applies to county land. cities and towns retain the right to zone their land as they set fit.

to be honest i everyone who wants to grow within the phx metro area will be shit out of luck pretty soon. there is now nothing to my knowledge that will hold up any dispensaries opening and taking your cultivation rights. there is one pending lawsuit holding up the process but it pertains to the laws regarding whom can open and operate (state resident, non bankruptcies etc.) a dispensary. i dont see this lawsuit lasting a long time.

on another i dont really see any funded and/or organized faction bringing the 25 mile rule up at all. unless there is a concerted organized and funded effort, nothing will be done about this. there may be an argument against this rule, but if there is no one to argue it then it does not matter.

I kind of agree. Anyone who lives in the city or pretty close will be shit out of luck. I would move to the suburbs or boonies.
