I've never seen single bladed leaves, don't even see it in your pix, but I'm on my phone and pix are teeny tiny..
Anyhoos, the number of.blades usually is a sign of.maturity .. the more the plant has, the more mature, but only to a certain extent..
Genetics plays a large role as well as some strains will only show say 5 blades, despite the age and.maturity of the plant.. the.most I've seen have been 13 blades on dna's sour cream I think it was..
But to answer your question, no, number of blades is pretty meaningless other than cool to look at..
