you must live in a shitty place, i start mine under some t5's then move outdoors 2-3 weeks later during late April. Living in California is a benifet because we have such great weather. What you should do is veg inddors for 2 months before your regular start so you can have a 2 month advantage and you will surely get 1.5

I had extra lights.. but I ended up with 1.2 oz of some real nice dank...
The biggest clone finished at 6" tall and 13" wide...
You could easily make something bigger and better for the same money, but they are convenient...
