1 cycle timer, 5 pumps

I read that I cant have more than 2 pumps via powerstrip on 1 15a cycle timer. But there are relay instructions somewhere out there which would allow this? Can somone shed some HID light on this situation? My pumps are just 25 watts....

Bump

Clearly the 25x5 watts should work on a powerstrip, but ive heard different. Where are the electrical experts? =)

use a conntactor . wire the black wire from the power strip to the contactor just like you would a switch for a light but leave the plug to plug into the wall , then wire a second wire to plug into the timer. the timer just turnss the power strip on and off ,so whet ever is plugged into the strip will turn on and off with the timer. just type contactor in the search thing .

I am running four 25w pumps on one 15a timer no problems here my 4 pumps are less than 1 amp total all together. so you should not have any problems.

See thats what I thought, why the hell do people bother with making the additions though? I wanna be safe and not risk a pump going off all of a sudden or start a fire etc.

Need some MOAR opinions
