1 meter plus!!

I'm currently growing 2 very nice plants. They are about 2 weeks in the flowering stages. One is an Indica and has grown buds literally everywhere! It is around 50cm high. The Sativa is giving me all sorts of headaches. 1- It is yet to show bud! It has shown sex but no bud at all! 2- it has grown around 160cm!!!!! It is tall for indoor! Question is, would a 400w hps penetrate all the way down such a tall plant? will it penetrate deep enough through the canopy of the Indica?

Also, Should I use molasses? If so, when during flowering..?

Get some side lighting. Next time, top them to cut down on height. Good luck.

mollasses is great. start using it at about week 2. use it in every other watering. about 1 tsp / gallon.

as far as heigh problems, if you are growing 2 plants, have you tryed lst?

tie them down, there really is no reason not to.

Just tie her down to help the light get through the plant and side lights would help too. Have you got any pics of them?
