The bigger in the first picture looks good. About the same size of my 1 month old plants( I'm growing a slow veg strain and I stunted them a bit by overwatering). Experiened growers 1 month olds are bigger then both ours. The other two you got aren't looking so good. Not sure what is wrong with them, would need more info, temp and feeding and all that. Seedlings look good. Is that CFL(s) light? If so I would pretty much keep them as close as possible to the 1 months cuz the light isn't that "intense" from those bulbs. Raising an HID light such as HPS can make internodes stretch as you said. But I've never heard or read someone recommend the same with CFLs and wouldn't as I said. I'm new to this too and figuring it all out. Good luck to us both ;)

they look small for one month. you need more light in there. they don't look bad, just maybe overwatered which slows them right down or just more light. also if your heat is lower than 68 they'll be pretty slow too. they do look good though :)

When you ask questions, a little more detail is needed to give you answers.
What type and how much lighting do you use. What kind of medium is it planted in etc...
They look small for 1 month but if it has 1 CFL bulb hangin over it, that would explain it.

Oh ok that's the tissue over watering I found out I was over watering every day to find out u only water when the soil is dry dry dry so that's the issue I also raised my lights the full 4 inches so they will reach a lil more

Yeah and I'm working on g getting more Cfl I have my flowering cfl the warmer ones but idk if putting Those up would be ok or if it will just stun it cuz i kncuz. The warmer mimics the fall sun and the sq footage matches the lumes per sq foot as the sun on a hot summer day but I think it has to do with watering and maybe lights and as for the 75000k lights I have as well should I put like one higher up just to add total light to the room or maybe some reflective material

Ya once they recover from overwatering they be good. Let it dry out completely once but not every time. U do want some moisture/damp in the soil normally to keep plant processes going. Then after they're healthy u can water the soil like normal every few days or so.
