1 month old doubts what to do?

Hello i am a new grower and i have some doubts about my little plants
I put this plants in the soil precisely one month ago and i think they are a little bit shorter than it was supposed am I right?
When do I need to transplant them ?
The temperatures with the fan on are approximately 70 farenheit or 20 celcius should I turn t off?
They r afgooey and ice kush,under a 150 W hps light with goldlabel nutrients and goldlabel specialmix,
What should I do please help

Not IMO I'd keep doing what your doing, you don't have the best quality pictures but from what I see that look good. As gunnar&carey said those leaves are monsters! Their not auto strains are they?

what i do is when i think needs transplanting before watering i lift plant out of pot look at roots i like seeing lots before transplanting..,

No they'r just feminized , another thing i screwed up on the beggining , I know that I germinated an Ice Kush and an afgooey but i dont know for sure wich is wich do you have any tip or just wait until they begin to flower?

i thought that, do that would stress them out but I trust you ahahahahha many thanks once again
