- Due to difficulties trying to secure an indoor facility. I am sad to announce that we must postpone the event until we have warmer weather and it is much more comfortable to be outside. June seems to be the month where everyone would be comfortable with the temp outside, unless you guys respond back wanting may. As soon as I confirm reservation of a picnic area I will post the exact date.
