you only get 4-5 out that whole area b/c thats like my set up and I'm shoting for 2-3 onces off each plants

I know for a fact oI could get more out of my small area, I am content with the amount I get though. I live in a Condo though and if I grow much more I would stink myself into a jail cell.

1000 watts of cfls? what a waste of fucking money and time! imagine how much better his buds would be if he used a real grow light!

I recently moved to a 400watt hps dual spectrum grolux setup and i have to say that the difference is remarkable and i am very glad that i did invest in the hps setup.
Heat is a problem though and i realise that now that i will also have to pay out for exhaust fans etc. as at the moment im reduced to leaving the door slightly open and pointing a large fan at it:cry:
Saying that i rekon that the extra bud i will get will more than compensate me for the initial setup and running costs,so is all worth while in the end:blsmoke:

the air-exchange that the exhaust fan will give you is nothing but good for your plants. :blsmoke:

Are you a real farmer if you use flo's for veg and hps for flower? Or do you have to use hps all the way thru?

Sweet. I tried cfl's for a min but it seemed like too much work. It was easy to just hang a shop light over them. I had to start flowering with flo's but i finally got an hps to flower with about a week ago. Im glad I can be a real farmer now. LOL

I am loving my HPS, boy do the plants grow QUICK and bushy. I cant lie a 1/3 of the images I see on this site looked stretched to me but what do I know.
