1 week old plant needs help

days old? clf light wattage?
i found my seedling wrapping its leaves around the bulb no harm at all only 18watt daylight bulb 6500k 2 plants 2 bulbs temp never goes over 80F [SIZE=+0]with 10" fan on just enough to make them wobble [/SIZE]

im using a poor old 14w just to get this a like 6 other plants started then moving them into a cab at a friends house taht we ALMOST finished today.
we lined the inside with white foam that you use for arts and crafts and i was wondering if this was good enough because i cant find any stores that sell mylar or panda wrap or emergancy blankets. id say shes about a week or older.
