1 week old seedling trouble

Hey guys this is my first grow, i have a 9 day from sprout lowryder 2 that seemed to be doing great untill a few days ago, her light cycle got a little messed up and ever since then she has stopped growing and her leaves are drooping badly, also the second set of true leaves is now starting to turn yellow in the middle? Now im useing some osmacote seedling starter soil with 4 23w 2700k cfl's, i hadn't watered her untill i started seeing the leaves dropping and thought she may need a drink as it had been a week since she sprouted and the top soil was getting dry, but i have no perlite in the soil so i didnt water to heavily maybe a glass and a half worth, my water is not ph tested just useing filtered tap water, also the water didn't run out the bottom of the pot. i was thinking i may not of reached her roots with the water? any way the tempreture inside the grow box isnt to hot and i have an intake and outtake fan aswell as a fan inside the box just blowing air around between the sprout and the lights. also the lights are about 3 inchs above the plant :)

Cheers guys hopefully we can work this out!

You wanna water good till you get a little out the bottom The dirt might not work with the weed plant and you need some light warrior or sunshine mix 4 is good for seedlings use one of these for the first two weeks then put'em in the ffof but you need nutrients and some knowledge to go with it do some reading watch video or whatever :)

cheers for the reply man, if i water her in the morning when lights come on will she be ok? just wondering if its worth persisting and trying to save her or just do the unthinkable and put her out of her misery :( o and i have been trying to research as much as possible but there are so many different opinions that it really shows different shit works for different people, and you cant really beat hands on experience! but i will keep researching, reading and growing, and one day hopefully il get a plant past the veg stage haha :)
