Are you sure you will have enough power, i'm currently running a 12 1000w bulb system with co2, A/C, carbon filters etc. hydroponics though. System pulls 160-170 amps before house power, including the extra hydroponic power usage of 15 amps for water chillers and pumps(air and water) combined. co2 is not water cooled and adding it grow room needed 20000 btu's more or around 18 amps.
If you read the small print you have 2 options for water cooled co2 ,you either need a 75 gallon and up reservoir circulating but I'm not sure if you need a chiller or not,or if you are not meterd for water you can always run tap to unit to drain but it uses as much water yearly as 50 average homes. Theres quite a bit of info on the web.
I will have extra a/c costs though because I am running parabolics, I started with air cooled but found the footprint to be too small for 1000w lights, with hot spots as well. I needed full even light coverage in 24x13x8 room. The recommended centeres on my lights is five feet which leaves for shaded spots when using horizontals. I changed all 12 shades over to parabolics a year ago with no regrets. I have found the increased ac cost well worth the proper light coverage.
