thats a nice budget,i spent about 12 thousand so far on rent bills and equipment. i recommend parabolic hoods because they will cover a lot more space. you definately will need a carbon filter they work great i dont smell anything in my house outside of that room.you will need inline fans to bring air in and draw air out through the carbon filter. a co2 generator is a must i love that thing, but depending on room size you might want to go with a tank maybe? my rooms get a little hot sometimes highest is 83 degrees i believe. the plastic i have on the walls and floor are great i love how its easy to slide buckets and spin them easily on the plastic, and it keeps my room clean, easy clean up when your finished.hortilux eye bulbs are great! i used them the whole way through, a buddy of mines uses MH to veg , we have the same strains and my plants loo a lot nicer and seems lie yield is going to be a lot more.everything might seem like a big task doing two rooms but it really is simple.if i can do it anyone can.this is my first real grow.before this i did 15 plants to test my ability. i constantly read read read.that is the most important key to doing stuff right.vegging nutes, i recomment sensi a and b , b-52, sensi cal(for when you need it) and voodoo if you want to dish out a little more.i thin voodoo works magic and is totally worth it.i will upload some videos of my setup so you can have an idea. also one important thing is you need a main circuit box. it looks like the one in your garage. i run the power from my garage to the room and i plug everything into it. i will take a pic of it so you can see, this is very important so you can run 240 watts and it also has a timer for each room .the grow store i go to, the owner was a electrician so he made me this box.i dont really know where to get one from that will take some research on your part.also get magnetic ballast, they are alot cheaper than digital.and for the price compared to digital it is a lot more worth it.any questions? just ask me i will be glad to help with what i can im still no expert but i know enough to get you started.also if i were you depending on how many plants you want to do i would buy 3 or 4 light set ups to get started and add more on as you go along and need more room.because when small you can bunch the plants real close but as they get bigger they will need room. this will save you money in the beginning because trust me it will be quite a penny once you get really involved.also better on your electricity bill because lets say you run ten lights. you veg with 5 .in one room. then when you switch to 12/12 you move the plants into the second room as needed for space then alternate your rooms one on and one off...this helped keep my power bill constant and not wasting any electricity.i paid almost 1000 for two months just for electric bill.but my bill for when i was vegging was only 400 because i only had half my lights on but i veg under 24hrs for 5 weeks.hope i didnt confuse you...ha
this is that circuit box
