I whent to the art store and got the finest silk screen they had. Im not sure what grade it is but it works fine. I dry the trim first and then put it in a mason jar with about $3.50 in quarters, yeh its about "tree fitty"HAHAH(southpark). I stretched the silk screen over the jar and screw the cap "without the top" on to hold it... I put it in the freezer until I forget about it -lol- then swirl and shake it over a clean smooth surface for collection. Scrape it together with a card or razor blade... I look like such a crack head doing this but its all THC folks>hehehe

Thanks cola. I think I might make a diy thread on it with much more trim lol! I want like a half jar of keif that would be sooooooo nice, Its just a killer topping to every bowl or joint and def does the trick!

Judging from those pictures I'd guess you should let them go about 10 days at least... But I do know the HPS can make pictures look funny. Go with your gut, its all worked out so good so far.

"Whodat" The bowl, downstem, and where the downstem goes into the bong are all glass fittings. Meaning they don't use any rubber gaskets, inserts, or o-rings. The reason why everything is "Diffused", is because it makes more bubbles, thus creating more surface area, in return cooling the smoke faster and more efficiently. Making the hit smoother. I like smoother, makes it so anyone who picks it up can take a big hit without coughing their lungs out.

To get that keif I used the trim from the bud next to it and a few popcorn nugs not worth trimming.... good results I think.
I think I will hit them with a 2 day dark period before harvest in maybe....................5-10 days.?.?.?.? soooooooooo close but I dont want to chop early!sooooooooooo close!!!!

Yeah I put all of those pictures up and realized I wanted to explain all that for you. All you've got to know when buying a new piece, you usually get what you pay for. If I could recommend anything; glass on glass and diffused everything. A percolator either (dome or tree) they are both great and haven't really noticed a difference between the two. I do like the look of tree better, but as far as functionality... Same.

ok sorry to say but u have it wrong lol, the perc in the middle of the bong is called a tree, and the two most common types of trees you can have are a dome or one with arms, there are also circs and a halo perc, the one in his earlier pics has arms, arms are way better than domes, less drag and more diffusion, his bong would be called a diffused beaker bottom w/ a 3 arm tree perc, btw diffused is just slits in the glass, lol im somewhat of a glassheadYeah I put all of those pictures up and realized I wanted to explain all that for you.
