10 weeks no gender

So basically there is no chance of this being and auto? Have you ever heard of an auto taking this long?
Personally no mate autos usually show sex within 21-35 days strain dependent. Where did you get the genetics from mate maybe you got the photo-period version?

You have made the right call dialing the nutes back, If this is the photo-period strain you might be best of with water for the next week the start to introduce your bloom nutrients?

All the best, give me a shout if I can help

Yeah, well it seems I have one White Widow Auto (Little Dwarf - Zambeza) out of my five that has not shown any signs of flowering yet, unlike the four other sisters . . . . .

I hope it doesn't take ten weeks to start . . . . . .

Well nature is nature. Even when the best of care is taken every once in a while a seed does what is wants. I see to things that might make it be slower. Its stretched, not to bad. Even in a south facing window it gets less direct sun light than outside. Led light, longer grow time. Also it is very dark green. High amounts of nitrogen have been said to prolong the veg period on autos. Who knows. Maybe try 12 hours and see what happens.

Hi, I'm currently on my 2nd grow with a dinafem white widow auto. No lights just going with natural light as I have a south facing bedroom which is a great temp in the day. The plant is 10 weeks old and is still not showing any sign of gender!! It is a really good size but I'm just confused! Here is a recent pic, any ideas would be great!!
put it in 24 hours of dark find a dark place or somewere to stick it for 24 hours then put here back out in the room see if that shocks her i have done many a south facing indoor plants be4 u aint gunna get much from it will veg good but wont flower that well if auto it should start to flower round the 30 day mark

Sorry dude but that made me chuckle . . . . Nature is Nature . . . . . . Automatic White Widow, that's unnatural to start, no, lol . . . ;) (Crossed, back crossed, grown intensively);

I fail to see what parts of growing indoors replicate nature, otherwise our grows would take most of the year no????

love yah whiteBB272

Nowwwwww then . . . . .

Could this be what triggers an auto? It's roots finding it's boundaries, realizing, time ain't on it's side, goes into flower . . . . . . .light has no effect . . . . .IS IT AGE? Or is it extremities being fond that trigger . . . . . (no room for longer tap roots . . . .time to do other things . . . . FLOWER!!!!!!

Any outdoor, in the ground auto growers care to comment on their flowering time please?

Ok, well I have invested enough time to take her down so I will just have to wait and see. It's strange because I did a grow last year in identical conditions and she started flowering in 5 weeks!! The only difference is I have gone for a much bigger pot, was hoping for a bigger plant which I definitely got!!

I just meant that no matter the breeder or how many steps they take and how uniform the plants that come from their seeds there is always the chance for an anomaly.

We try to replicate parts of nature and some we don't. Like fans for wind to strengthen stems. What is it that some use to replicate the red at sunset? Emitters in a certain wavelength. And the plant its self is nature.

Love back at you.

That's fair and completely joyful words m man . . . .yeah guess so . . . .If we didn't have some elements of nature involved, we'd all be fucked, or rather our plants would . . . . . so we would be also ./ . . . yeah that's right . . . . . lol

Peace :)

Do disagree that unless you have landrace, nothing we grow is from nature ;) xx

EDIT: Ah that's where my opinion differs . . . . nothing we grow is from nature ;) xx

You know what's funny. I knew that. The mechanism comes from being found so far north and the permafrost. The roots can only go so far and hit frozen ground and trigger flower. Also the summers that far north are what? 20-24 hours a day? I guess that's why we run autos 20-24 hour light schedules.

I was really stoned a little while ago. Lol.
Bigger pot. Makes sense.

Thanks for all the comments. I grew last year in the same room and got flower within 30 days. The only difference this year is the pot size (it's a lot bigger) it may be that this has caused it to flower later as it has had a lot more growing space!! I'm hoping that now a few hairs are out it will start to take off! I would give the 24 hours of dark a go but to be honest it's a bit too big to move and don't have a 100% dark room to fit it in. Updates to follow.
