Help Please... I have 3 Females and all of them are flowering nicely and with the exception of some bottom leaves yellowing and falling off ,but after 10 or so weeks they are only 12 inches tall but smell and look healthy.. They are just miniature .....Why is there not vertical growth ? Please give a brother some advice.....I'm gonna try and figure out how to put some pictures up so you can see what I mean......

by now they are done getting taller...... only the buds will get bigger, how long have they been flowering? is the 10 weeks flowering, or total? have they been outside the hole time?

They have been flowering for about 3 weeks the plants themselves are 10 weeks old...What did I do wrong ? Yes they have been outside the entire time. There was a day we were gone when they were unidentified genders when it rained for a day and a half.....

you didn't do anything wrong........ other than put them outside too early. chances are, they have been flowering for the entire time they have been out there. do you know how many daylight hours your getting?

They probably get close to 10 hrs of sunlight a day.... So will the buds be potent or weak ? They actually look and smell fantastic they are just like little Bonsai Trees...

Tanks,

nothing is being affected, (except overall yield, because they are shorter) they should be good smoking.you'll end up with a little Popsicle looking thing

He means you need them under 24/7 light or 18hr a day on and 6 hrs off then when you want them to bloom you put under 12/12 light/dark. Hope that helps.

What if you don't have the option to adjust the light cycles and depend on natural sunlight? What is he best time of year for outdoor growing and when should I plant ?

You say you've been growing outdoors from seed? How do you know they've been flowering for three weeks if you can't control your light cycles? Where do you live that your seeding outside this time of year and getting long enough light cycles? I'd like to see a close up pic of the buds. If they have been getting about ten hours of light per day from seed it's possible that they are done flowering (or very close to it already). I suggest you take a close look at your trichs, if they're turning red/brown it's time to harvest. If I'm way off base with this then disregard, but that's what it sounds like to me.

I know they have been flowering for three weeks because thats when I first spotted white hairs.Out of 8 plants 3 got eaten by a dog, 3 were females and 2 were males. I tossed the males as soon as I saw seed pods. They matured first...Then the females..I have been using a good blended soil and bottled water as well as nitrates etc....I live in Southwest Florida and since daylight savings time we have had about 12/12.....This is all new to me.....The pictures hat are posted, the last 3 are from today.....

Alright. Did a little research for you. Right now the sun rises in florida at about 6:45 a.m. and sets at about 7:50 p.m. That's 13 hours of light and will be pushing 14 hours by the end of this month. This tells me that the plants likely started on a 12/12 or even 11/13 light cycle. This means its been on a flowering light cycle from seed. This in itself is not a problem the plants will just flower early. But because the days are continuously getting longer this time of year, and they need that 12 hours of total dark this may be the cause of your problem. The plants tend to get confused when they're dark cycle gets too short and may even try to revert back to their vegetative state. This does sound like a very interesting idea and you could probably get 2 outdoor harvests per year if you had started a little earlier (might have been too cold?). In any case I wish you the best of luck, keep us posted on how the harvest comes out.

Oh my god, that plant is probably shelllshocked from trauma.

It looks like you live in a rural enviroment. Why not just go straight to earth with some?
