100% Sativa, i see trichomes!!!

she will be 5 week into flowering tomorrow, just under 5' tall covered in little white hairy buds, about the size of a erm... M&M or something idk, and ive noticed those things that look like the female hairs, but fatter, i forget what they are called bigisns with a C, anyway they have turned brown, and im starting to see the trichomes begining, im guessing the trichomes just spread out away from the buds covering the leafs, man i can't wait till harvest time :mrgreen:
 
im guessing the buds will get alot bigger, with about 6 - 7 more weeks of flowering, and the white hairs turn brown too yea?
 
Yea they'll turn a reddish brown color. About 50% will turn then you should harvest. You should really post some pics.
 
Ill see if i can get some on, but u have to struggle to see the trichs with your eyes, so wont show up on pics
 
Ok here are the pics, i think shes gonna do well, as she got about 6-7 weeks left of flowering, so should fill out niceley

We are at the same point, 5 weeks flowering, mine is also 100% sativa.... You will see a lot of trichomes in this week... You should buy a mini scope to check your trichs... I bought one at radio shack 60-100x zoom for 13 dollars... Great investment... We should have some tasty buds for Christmas and new year!!!!bongsmilie

How big is that main cola in your pic deez?
 
My plant has started to level out at 51 inch... The main cola is about from my elbo to fingertip.... give or take an inch....

Yes definatley, im only using 10 18w cfl's adding another 4 tomorrow, this is my first grow that plant started out on my kitchen windowsill, and the only plant i had, and luckily it turned out female, ive kinda built my room arround it lol, but learnt alot with the help of this site, at some point i will i will be upgrading the cfl's or changing to hps, just wanna see how this 1 turns out first :eyesmoke:
 
My strain was the only seed I found in my humbolt outdoor nug bag... I used a 600watt hps from start to finish...bongsmilie

Well I'm glad, you took no offense in what I said. Some ppl can take things the wrong way.

I'm also glad to hear about the upcoming improvments.

This is my first grow so im not sure.... but next time I would like to switch to a 1000 watt mh and a 1000 watt hps..... I had no blue spectrum at all during veg so I think my yield was shorted buy that...
 
maybe, but you know you can do 8-12 full grown sativas with that. Are you only gonna be doing one plant? Nice grow by the way.
 
I'll tell you 1 thing i shouldn't of done, i added these just under 2 weeks ago, i did think it might act like tinfoil n burn my plant, but did it anyway, wish i hadn't burned the shit out of my plant, but there ya go
