Take those off.... They are def holding heat and burning your lady.... If your walls are painted white you are getting plenty off reflection without them... If you have to put something up to make your self sleep better.... put dry erase boards up on the wall white and super reflective...

oh i have removed em, my room is painted white, it was just overimproving ya know a silly moment, my plants in the corner of the room and i only had them on the outer edges if ya know what i mean, luckily i noticed what was happening and bined em lol
