1000 bux for lights, what would you buy?

Mike from hgl has offered me a great deal on a 500 w and 180 w . Under 1000$ for both.both I've heard mixed reviews in there 2011 models.he assured me any problems have been dealt with.think I should buy them? That's about 640 actual watts of led power for under 1000$. What y'all thimk?
