I searched a bit and sorry if this has been covered. I just got some 1000 mg bears and was wondering if they are very potent re the 1000 mg ....... first time for a gummie lol

50 is still pretty big.... try 1/2 of one, wait to see if how you feel in an hour or two. 25mg does me fine, but I am a light weight.

Actually they were 65 mg and I’ve grown to like them for evening do nothing time

. I have 50’s as well that are not as tweeky that are also nice. I’m going to make some now that I’ve found it beats rolling one every hour lol.

Yeah bro 50-100 is potent for me unless you have a super high tolerance which ive heard some people do stick to low doses at first
