1000W CMH Kit

Hey Everyone!

So I'm new to the site as far as posting. I've been casually reading various threads and just trying to consume as much information as possible. But I want to pose a question...I've been doing hearing rumors about various companies (nanolux, etc) that they are producing a 1000W CMH fixture that is going to "change" the game.

Does anybody have any insight on if this is a good idea and what are your experiences with CMH bulbs?

as far as "changing the game" show me a manufacturer that hasnt claimed this in the last 30 years
