1000watt hps in 3x2 closet

What kind of yield should i expect from this? I know i can keep the closet cool with the ezcool hood, but is there any point or am i just killing my electric bill? What kind of yield can i expect? Im going to put 6 fems under it in 12"pots

What kind of yield will a 1000watter produce in a small (3x2) area?

It is going to depend on many factors. The light is just one part of the equation. Height restrictions play a large role as well as how tall the plants are when you trigger the flowering phase. With that said, under good conditions you should be able to get an ounce off of each plant if you flower them at between 18" - 24". That number could be more or less depending on all the other variables such as nutrition, ventilation, temperature, container size, PH and humidity. Hope that helps.

when using 50w/sq.ft.--under ideal conditions the general rule is 1g/watt.....you have over 150w/sq.ft. which is.....I can't believe I'm saying this....excessive!

If the r.o.t holds true-then a couple lbs dry from each 1000 watt harvest is doable........I expect at least 2 lbs from every lamp in a 6x4 area.....but my temps and other factors are stable and at the ideal levels

i have an ezhood with a 424inline fan and my temps are around 80F. I flower em 4weeks in, theyr about 1ft by then. The plant will probably finish at 3ft, and like i said im gona put 6 in their. I realy need a harvest of at least 400g, so im not realy comfortable with the 400hps

Seems like it will get real hot in that small f a space. Are you using an inline fan to exhaust?
