100w fluoro. 1000w equivelent $60 wtf?

I went shopping again. I found this at homedepot, way in the back corner of the lighting section.

If I remember correctly price was 50-60. 100w bulb with 1000w equivelent, so they say.

Yeah, it would be nice. that light is a cfl and is talking about replacing incandescent bulbs not your hid bulbs such as mh or hps.
Would be a good light to veg with tho.

i checked out the lik its a flspot light for out floro replacment for a halogen out door spot light im not sure if id use it but u may never no

That light is ok for vegging, but it puts out alot of heat.

There are a lot of better lights out there for the money
