100w LED COB's questions. plz hlp

I have 15 36v 100w led's coming, 10 cool white and 5 450 blue.

I have two 33A 12v 400w power supplies here.

IS there someway to make these work? If so, how well? I have Heatsinks and Silicon Thermal Adhesive.

Could anyone explain to me how I could use this 400w 12v to run led strips, if so how many?

I have one 12v 120w power supply I am going to use to run two blue strips, I'm pretty sure that would work that's why I got it.

I think I can use the 400w for 6 60w strips roughly 30m, might do some cabinetry and use that for seeding some seeds I have
