10weeks of flower! Are they ready???

Hey everyone, this is my first grow. I am growing 2 banana kush and one plant that my buddy gave me a seed but he doesn’t know the name. All 3 plants have been in flower for almost 10 weeks, which this Sunday will be 10 weeks . I counted the flower stage the day I switched the lights to 12/12.

I have used a jewelers loupe and notice some of the buds trichomes are milky, a few(not many) have Amber trichomes, however the pistils on the colas are not all amber. Please give me your thoughts. I had intended to flush them for the next 2 weeks given the fact that I see milky trichomes, however another forum stated it wasn’t ready yet due to white pistils still visible...what are yalls thoughts? Based on the pictures do I flush the plants for 2 weeks in the hopes they turn more amber ? The strain says it's a 8 to 9 week flower period but your loupe picture says otherwise.

You are getting very close. When you see alot of 50% milky trichs and more Ambers your girl is done to her best potential.

I prefer more amber to milkies because I'm a narcotic fiend but it's all personal preference.

appreciate the help ! ill check week by week on the trichomes and see how they are looking like
