Grow room help with ventilation

Doing a 10x16 building fully insulated but not completely sealed per se because I don’t want to start dealing with co2 yet. I will have multiple tents within this building so I’m wondering how to have exhaust set up for the actual building. I am going to have the tents ducted directly to the outside but should I just have open passive vents for fresh air to come in to the lung room? Was thinking 5 6” exhaust from the grow tents directly and 2 12x 12 passive intakes , the tent exhaust should pull enough passive air correct? Or do I need intake? 4-5 3x3 and 4x4 tents will be in the building. All ducted outside. Full hvac mini split will be installed as well. Foamed insulation.

Maybe hang some exhaust fans w/ controller on the 12x12's to help regulate/ get some air in the lung.

Why so many tents? If you can use the whole room have it as an open room. Multiple tents just makes managing the environments more work. If you need tents go with one big one for flower and a 4x4 for vegging

I already have the tents and don’t really want to spend the amount it would take to do co2 right now.

So the 2 vent wouldn’t be enough passive ? My idea now is to try it with passive & if it doesn’t work just seal those vents and the exhaust and do a completely sealed room with co2. That will give me time for more funds if this doesn’t work out, I’m open to an intake as well tho. It’s (fresh air) comin in from outdoors in SC. Hoping to grow all year as the mini split should help but sealed would be easier to manage temps when cold.

I can cut bigger vents in the building but that would be enough for around 600 cfm which would equal to that space once I finish it it will be 10x15x12 tall
