i personally think this setup will EASILY harvest 18-20LBS per harvest, i mean we are talking 11 thousand watts here. 1gpw would be 25 ounces or a little less than that precisley, i work in a 2 by 4 area, 8 sq ft, i have 9 ft above though, but i have a 600 running and i can usually easily get 1gpw or just under, i basically expect 20 ounces i usually get 18 or 19. i get made if im not over a LB, as long as you spread them well and use good trainin techs. you will have NO problem geting 20 elbows per harvest, no problem at all....
just my 2 pennies.
I feel you on that. In my other room I use (1) Magnum XXL per 4'x6' table. I decided to try (2) hoods per table in this room since the the hoods are much smaller and don't put out the same footprint as a Magnum. Plus I figure I might as well overkill it since the A/C can handle it.With 11,000watts you could cover way more tables! A single 1000 in a A wing would be good per
table. i think your wattage is over kill.
killer setup anyhow!
Total cost for the room? I couldnt give you an exact number I lost track. I'm sure you could make a shopping list from the info i post though.looks sweet im jealous haha!!!!!! What was ur cost for the room and what do u think it will cost u each cycle to run? Cant wait to see this
you should cut the wattage in half for that amount of tables in my opinion. Your gonna be wasting a lot of light and honestly I think your gonna be disappointed with your yield. Id also go with 1000 watts per 16 plants or per table. With 11,000watts you could cover way more tables! A single 1000 in a A wing would be good per

yea i was going to use a screen but then i decided to just tie them down to the pots with fishing line, i just drilled holes in the top of the pots they were in and tied all the branches down with string real well, no net needed. all the net does is help spread out the canopy, you can do that by hand, good luck broI'm still contemplating using a screen.. Not sure if it will be necessary since my plants probably wont finish over 2' - 2 1/2'
Thanks for the input ak!
you could grow a mother plant in another room, while you wait for harvest, then turn the entire plant into clones.Total cost for the room? I couldnt give you an exact number I lost track. I'm sure you could make a shopping list from the info i post though.
Per cycle I'm guessing about 4k not including electricity. New nutes, bulbs, blocks, coco mats, clones every run.
Good suggestion I've actually been thinking about doing this. I'll probably keep 2-3 mothers I just need to make some space in my veg room.you could grow a mother plant in another room, while you wait for harvest, then turn the entire plant into clones.
Here's the 11k room that my buddy runs. He likes organic stuff so he uses coco. These were flipped about a week ago.

Tahoe cuts are mostly rooted. Gonna give them another 7-10 days before I throw them under the 600.

And here's my other room I mentioned with the (4) Magnum XXL's and (1) Blockbuster. I'll try to document this one as well but I'll mainly focus on the other room.

rinse cubes, take cutting dip in hbormex for 2 min. place in cube. shake the cub gently using inertia to allow the water to fall out, when it feels almost void of water i place cutting/cube in a HIGH WALLED but open container and spray daily with distilled with 5ml dynagrow grow per gal. weighing thre cubes with my hand an shaking out the water as needed.Good suggestion I've actually been thinking about doing this. polyarcturus whats your cloning technique for rockwool cubes?
12 cents per kilowatt hour on average most places.. do the math.Whats the rough estimate of monthly rent/bills of a place with that sorta set up. How many rooms you got total there? What do you say you use that space for?

magnums can do a 5 x 5 area...I think Magnums are perfect for a 4x4 area. 4x6 is pushing it but I don't mind in the 5k room. I think 2 Hydrofarm hoods per table will have better overall intensity. Plus I'm not using any glass on the hoods.
For a veg hood you couldn't get any better.
