OK so here is my system specs and my mistake it wasnt 12,000 its 16,000.
2 Oceanus controllers
2 55 Gallon Reservoirs
48 Flo N Gro Buckets split into 24 a Rez
8 air conditioned cooled lights
4 very cheap and ugly uncooled lights
2 commercial grade air pumps pushing air into each bucket
2 Circulating pumps in each Reservoir
no Co2 at the moment but in the works setting it up

In Veg room
2 5 x 10 trays
2 Air stones and a circulation pump
Flood and Drain system with minor difference. i cut a piece of pvc the length of each table and attached it to the inlet pump and drill holes at the end for equal flood my pumps only have to pump for 3 minutes to fill the bottom of the tray but i still pump 5 lol.
