12/12 for one day by mistake!

Hello guys second grow here (first grow was a complete nutrient fuckup, now im on Earth Juice). Not sure if I messed up completely on this second grow or not. First some relevant info:

Lighting: Currently have a 3000 lumen CFL few inches from them at 18/6 (got the MH & HPS for later)
Stage: Germinated Sept 1st. So they are at 23 days.

The problem:

A few days ago (3-5) my lighting failed and they had an extended night period, I would say 14 or so hours of darkness. Made sure that wont happen again, but now I'm worried I may have messed up my plants for good. Was that one day 12/12 period enough to trigger early flowering?

Today I noticed some pistil looking things right above the cotyledons. Is this my plant trying to bud or are those normal at this stage?

No biggy here carry on as the norm, more perlite in the pot when you pot up(30%) is good to prevent root compaction and any suspect nute burn!

..is that red stems..? if so look to keeping up your night time temps ..!

Thanks for the info vos. The stems are kinda red. Had no idea it was temp related. Currently its at around 73 in my grow box, outside its 68. Maybe its time to put on the MH which brings the temps up to 84 in the box? Or is it too early for MH?
