Why wait? just think You'll harvest smoke able goodness two weeks sooner. man Once they pop soil you'll see hairs on the girls in about 18 days.
Seed to smoke in two months time.

Buds in between nodes are filling out lovely.
I really got to say look at the difference.

you can see how crucial and beneficial it is for a plant to be surrounded in light.

I think if I had no light except for a top light these buds would be puny.

Ive started rotating the plants every other day so all the nodes receive the HPS goodness.

These Nuggs are going to be beast.

I just added some home-made Co2 with the yeast and sugar thing.

I am going to start Mollasses treatment today till harvest.

Just wondering if anyone can tell me whats up with my leaves?

Only 2 tops leaves are turning purple. Is this a deficiency?

I know my ph is a little off and Im trying to fix this could this be my cause?

hey i just stumpled onto your new grow, i remember following your last one. This one looks alot better man, id get them cfls closer but its lookin good. I just started my new grow about 5 weeks ago, stop by and check it out. Happy growing man, i hope your grow turns out better than last time.

its probably getting too cold at night, and they look a bit over watered.

Thanks for stopping by again.
Things have gone better.

I finnaly upgraded to a 400w HPS with a bad ass reflector.
These Nuggs are huge.

Im done with CFL. It does the job, but Good God does MJ love HPS!!!!

I think the curling was heat.

I had it happen again on this grow and I threw in a big fan when I upgraded the lights. My clones are doing super with no curl. So I m guessing it was the lack of air movement and heat.

Im really close to harvest on these 12/12 from seed.
I bought a scope and Im seeing a lot of amber and almost all cloudy.
I'll update some photos shortly.

oh in the first post i saw those cfls.
thats a 40w or 400? looks odd for a 400w hps
i thought it was one of those homedepot security hps lights

give us some more pics, it should be a huge difference from your last ones. i didn't realize how old the posts were

Yeah the one you see in the earlier pics is the security light.
It was a 70w.

I ditched it and bought a 400w.
Can you help me out with this?

Im pretty happy with my amber cloudy ratio.
All my fans were dying off and alot of yellowing.

I wanted to harvest last week and let it go some more and all my buds swoll up pretty good. Some of the Calyxes were busting open and some of the Trichs heads looked like they broke off.

So here we are again.
I left the two huge bottom buds on the bottom for another week.

I cant believe that under my 400w the bottom buds are 3x time the size of the top colas.

Must be the strain??

Any who Here we are 12/12 from seed harvest and a sneak peek to the future.

i dont like the 12 12 from seed idea, id rather veg and have a larger yield, i didnt think u were anywhere close to being done, when i had a 400w hps i harvested like 4 ounces per plant

It was a decent experiment.
I was hoping an harvesting a ton more.

But hey Ive got something for the time being.
I do have four Mums.
four clones in flower now
So I have another harvest in about a month to look forward to.

I can definite agree vegging for a month would increase my yeild ten fold.

I cut a month of time but lost 1/3 of my harvest.

I think the way to really pull this off is like having 20 clones under the 400w.

that way you can maximize the light footprint.

Im going all natural next time. But there again Im new to all this so it will take me a few tries of different variations to find my Nitch.

All i know is it gets better and better every time.
At least this time I didnt end up with all fluffy buds.
That last harvest lasted me about two weeks.
