12/12 From Seed and 1st DWC Too !

I'm doing a rez change tonight, then flushing in 1.5 weeks !!
 
Had them up to 1700 and eating it like candy !!
Only the VERY VERY VERY tips of SOME leaves got brown/burned.
I will drop it in half again in 5 days for another 5 days, then plain water 5.8 ph'd and 50 ppm's or less for 10+
I'm using my diluted solutions to leach any excess salts, minerals and chemicals.
Since I can't get in there and wash out the cooler, I use the nutes as a scrub against themselves by diluting it for a few days before using plain water.
The ppm's are always a little higher than what I put in there after I pour it in the coolers.
It's collecting that build-up and residue clinging to my cooler walls, floors, tubing, pots and even the roots.
 
How do you flush with 50ppm water? Are you buying some I know your tap has a higher ppm than that right? Seeing as you use Amquel as well.
 
Amquel is for emergency back-up in my case.
I use and have always used, even in soilless, R/O water.
My R/O is 18 ppm.
When I added molasses to my soilless flush, it raised the ppm's a little.
I believe GH Floralicious to be some sort of molasses derivative.
Either way, I just added 40ml to my ChemDawg cooler last night.
I like what's in it, so we'll see what happens.
Otherwise it's mix a couple TBSP of Grandma's Molasses in some water and add to the cooler on another run maybe.

Floralicous Plus has been very good to me I add 4 ML every res change and it actually puts my res PH at 5.7-5.8 during veg.. In flower it puts it at 5.5 so I barely have to tweak it.

I was getting 1200 PPM using the GH on line calculator but I did the same as you Weedler I diluted and brought back down to 950-975 even though the calculator says 850 ..
 
I think they are based off of R/O water which I am not using. I notice my ladies not drinking as much above 1,000 PPM 950 seems to be the magic number with my tap water and nutrients I am using

My res water gets really low like maybe down to 1 gallon if not a little less at day 4-5 with a PPM of 950
 
Hmmm mine decreases from 950 down to 925, 900, 875 and 850 usually by the time I change reservoir, I add PH'd water back daily, today I added 2L!

Hmm I'm going to add water today, lately I been just checking the PH and letting it move around .
 
Increase them ppm's BH.
They can take more obviously.
No more than 100 at a time so you can easily gauge their sensitivity and have a better idea where the max is.
Watch the tips of the leaves to show early signs of nute burn.
I'll try to take a pic in a day or 2 to show what I mean.

My Chemdawg's were at 1700, but dropped them to 1100 on Sunday.
Friday I will drop to 500 - 600 for 5 days, then plain R/O for 10 days minimum.

Ppl have to be careful dropping ppm's too much and too soon OR stopping nutes altogether too soon.
MOST 9 - 10 week strains bulk up some more and even lots, between Bloom weeks 6 - 8 !
You want them to have some food to use in order to do that for us.
 
Hey Flo I checked my water level last night added about 2 gallons of water and PH it and the PPM before I added water was 1100 , after I added water it was 780 PPM.. Looks like my plants are drinking a lot of water , going to do a res change tonight and bump up to 1100 PPM just not seeing any nugs yet they are flowering and showing white hairs but no nugs yet ..

Nugs really didn't start showing on mine until 2 weeks into flowering BH... check my pics I think I have updated almost daily for my entire bloom cycle. 780 is a little low I would def up it to around 1000 and let it decrease down, your girls are drinking a lot or the 1000W is evaporating the reservoir more quickly than anticipated. 1100 might be right on just watch for signs of burns, I just had to go back to my tent after a few hours and lower the PPM of the AK I just placed in the room, 800 PPM down from 900 I saw some burning and quickly diluted it.
