I was wondering if I did a 12/12 from seed grow in a 24x24x60 tent. I would be using a 250w HPS light. How many plants could I grow 12/12 from seed under that size light?

Id say at least 6 depending on size of container. Im doing 5 right now in a 5'x5'x6' tent 400mh
Now if i didi soil and 1-2 gal pots i could put about 12 in here
