12/12 problems

Good afternoon everyone, I've been flowering for 2 weeks and haven't notice any signs of male or female parts. I believe my problem has been due to some power outages, i've had the power go out at least 3 times during the past two weeks, and every time it's been out it's lasted at least an hour. My timer was set for 8 pm to 8 am dark, but now it's 4 pm to 4 am dark due to the outage. Every outage has been while the lights are on. I called the electric company and they said there has been a problem in my area and that it should be all set, so i'm not expecting any more outages. My question is should I just leave it alone now, 4 to 4, and hope for the best? Or should i go back to veg for a couple weeks and restart the flower cycle in 2 week?

10-21 days is normal to wait for preflower signs the longer it is usually means you have girls, males tend to show between 10-14 days.

How does high temps effect a plant during the first 2 weeks of flowering? After 15 days, i still have no signs of sex, the temp have been in the 90's when i'm not home, i'm able to lower them to 78 to 83 when i'm home. i can't do anything when i'm not home to lower the temps, don't ask why.
