My plant is 10 days old now..What would happen if I started flowering it in like 5 days? And around how much would the yield be? Its about 3 inches right now.
Thanks RIU.
Thanks RIU.
negative results would also be apreciated for future preferance.,.,depends on how fast ure plant is growing also i would wait till it had a couple of nodes at least to start flowering im bout to flower a fairly small plant that i lst/topped.,just waiting for a couple sho0ts to clone.,.and off i go.,.Depends on individual plant/strain. Apparently LOTS of people go to 12/12 the entire grow time (or at least restrict vegging to 1 or 2 weeks). This is what is done in a SOG growing. You won't get much per plant (probably around 7 to 10 grams of bud on average, and you will just have 1 bud per plant normally) but you can plant a LOT more in a limited space and the cycle time is reduced so you get more harvests in a year. I'm germinating some bag seeds to experiment with this very thing right now. My plants just started 12/12 about 6 days ago so I said WTF, all I can do is waste some bag seeds!! And if it works, I'll get a few ounces more (I'm going to try a 4 sq. ft. area (that's all I have available in my room at the moment) with 4 or 5 plants per sq.ft. If results are at all positive I'll post them.
It was a seed. I'm not going to do this, I was really just wondering how much bud I would get. But I'll take 2 ounces over 10 grams any day, so I guess I need patienceDid you start from clone or seed? If it was a seed from what I have read they need a month of growth to mature before going to 12/12. If she was a clone then once rooted you could go 12/12 and chop the bottom branches so the nutes go to one main cola, like stated above the SOG method.
Good luck on your grow man
That is the hard part Jimi!!! Patience during flowering is a bitch too, especially when it's close to harvest! It was a seed. I'm not going to do this, I was really just wondering how much bud I would get. But I'll take 2 ounces over 10 grams any day, so I guess I need patience
Thanks guys.
