12 day old seedlings are slowing down

yeah i wouldn't increase the humidity any it seems high enough as it is, definately stop misting them, not only can this make the roots not have to work as hard it also can lead to light burn as those droplets can become like small magnifying glasses for the light. the lights should be around 18-24 inches away 18 inches should be fine as long as your temps don't get too high. they do look a bit low on nitrogen also so those nutes should help them. Other than that they look healthy enough, a bit small but that will clear up with time, just give them some time and space and they'll grow. GOod luck with the rest of your grow.

A few days have passed and I got some advise irl from a grower. It's time to transplant, he says. Think he's right? :)

Anyways I have stopped misting them (even though 90% humidity looked pretty cool hehe), thanks for the advise. They have grown some more and I hope they will really kick off when I transplant them in the morning. By the way, someone asked - they are NYC Diesel and C99. I've been watering these once a week maybe. I let them dry out pretty good before watering.

Pretty small plants for being 4 weeks huh? : )

Bump.

Of course they have not been root bound since the day I planted them, something else have been slowing them down I guess. Does anyone believe they will kick off when I transplant them into bigger pots?

It's a good time to transplant them, but I certainly wouldn't call them root bound.

Growth will come when it comes. As long as you keep them healthy looking it will happen. First they lay down good solid roots and then they turn to focusing on growing up top.

And lights. More light. Imo, 18" is too far. Way to far if you don't have heat issues. Get those light down closer. Lights man!

Trailer Park Boys? Thats a dumb fucking show... dvd's are over priced. I would rather just spend the money on an 8th and get baked.

Lol, dude are you really trying to argue about what TV shows are "good" and which ones are "bad"? I'm sure in your world, everyone would only watch what you say is good, but the world doesn't work like that. Different tastes and all.

I will pass along your message to America that we are "fucked". I suppose everyone will get sad and cry, but what can you do right?

Now, now. Lets smoke a joint and unite, people.

Since the transplant, all bottom leaves are getting yellow. It seems to move upward aswell. Nitrogen deficiency? If so, what am I supposed to do? The new soil is very nutritious so adding nutrients at this point in time maybe is a bad idea. I dont know what to do. Just wait for the roots to reach the new soil properly?

Sorry if you have covered this, but the thread is getting long.

If your plants are showing an apparent nutrient deficiency when you have presumably good soil, the next most likely option is nutrient lockout. The most common cause of lockout? F'ed up Ph. Are you Ph-ing your water?

Yes, I leave the water for at least 24 hours and then I add Supervit and ph- til it gets to about ph6.5. Even though the soil is still pretty moist, is it ok to flush them? Newly transplanted and everything.

Thanks for the update. America is still fucked and the Trailer Park Boys is still stupid. Got it.

Maybe just PM me daily with an stupid/fucked status update so we don't tie up this poor dudes thread?

I'm not a fan of flushing. It sounds like you are doing everything right. I think I would let it ride for a few days and see how they take to all the changes you have made so far.

Ok Picasso, I'm just going to follow your advise and hold on. See what happens. Thanks for helping me out, and I'll check back here when something happens. God have mercy on them :)
