Whats that purple thing off to the side? And why is it way off to the side of the pot? And do you have black plastic all over the place? If so...change it out for white...the black absorbs light instead of reflecting it 
And why are you asking for help? It looks fine...not great, but for random seed in random soil it looks randomly normal

it can for a fact be bigger,my ww going now was definately bigger than that at 12 days,just sayinLOL its completely average. there is nothing wrong, and no it probably couldn't be bigger if its 12 days old.....
over the nect week if you feed it and have the right lights, watch it explode

you can't tell how big a plant is via a picture without an object to reference the size...so you have no idea how big this guys plant is vs yours...

Thanks im using fox farms soil and fertilizer. im using 1000w hps, i know i shouldent be using it now but its all o got. that black stuff is plastic building material so i dont screw up my carpet. The strain is northern lights. thans everyone for the input

yea the Genetics from your WW (Probably breeder Bought) wouldgrow bigger faster, because its a Sativa Hybred.
THIS PLANT is Indica. looks to be Skunk by the way teh leaves are showing the Phenotypical expressions of Skunk...... so No, it probably couldnt grow faster, seeing as its working on its 3'rd set of true leaves allready, AND its on a healthy 1-3-5-7 Pattern. THIS plant's genetics will only allow it to grow so fast.....
MAYBE if this plant was a Hybred it would go faster.... but generaly, indica's are known for being small, slower growing plants.......
P.S: Next time you open your mouth make sure you know what your talking about.
A strain which is Infamous for growing Slowly. that plant is Rather LARGE for 12 days.

actually yea i do,it odviously has what,3- 4 nodes?anybody can tell how big the plant is,i had atleast 4 tops with more nodes at 2 weeks,so how wasnt it bigger?

#1 the plant is on its 4'th node.
#2 its in a 1 gallon pot.

different plants, different strains, different genetics, different environment...so no you can't tell how big a fucking plant is via a small picture on the internet without an object to reference...
btw...the amount of tops on a plant doesn't dictate the age or size...
