Hello Everyone. This is my second attempt at a journal, Im so busy I gave up on my first one quite early, but Im trying a flood and drain hydroponic system for the first time, and Id like as much help as possible from the experienced growers out there, to ensure that I don't fuck up this new crop...so here goes nothing. Ok so heres the basics of my setup, my flowering room is an 8x15 room built in my garage. I'm running 2 600 watt HPS, in air cooled hoods connected to an 8 in out take. Currently I have 16 plants in 3 gal pots, in fox farms soil/perlite that are 4 weeks into flower, and just recently I've 21 plants in I believe there 1/2 gal pots of coco/perlite on a 2x4 flood table. Im gonna be more concerned with the hydroponic plants in this journal. Im using Sensi bloom A&B cause i happen have 5 gallons of it ha. Its actually quite old, but I have so much of it I decided to try it and so far everything seems ok. My major problem in my grow room at the moment is that the humidity is below 10% most of the time, and I appear to be suffering a Potassium deficiency as a result. I recently purchased a cheap humidifier from wal mart but it doesnt seem to help very much, and I cant really afford to invest in more at the moment. Any tips or advice would be useful. Anyway, here are some pics, let me know what ya guys think. Oh and this is just from bag seed, dunno the strain.
