My hood has a removable reflector. In case you're referring to light coming out the side. But it does the job and I can get my temps down into the 50s if I wanted.no just get shut of the cool tube and get shut of the led's and get your self a better hood, then start to lollipop and on and on

Heats only reaching 80° lights on. Just cracked window so that should lower it considerably since I'm in SD.Well sometimes too many lumens per square foot can be a waste, there is a formula but what your doing is fine, like these guys are saying watch your heat! ~ BCbuddy420

read up on the hood 4x4 the hood is spot on for your room, way way better than your getting now 4sure...thats all im saying........
