130w led ufo style light height?

hi guys just got a little ufo style light more of a square pannel tho just wondered how far off the top of the plants ur mounting this light is it same principle as cfl closer the better or do we need distance with these

12" is a safe distance to start with IMO. Is it a 130×1W panel?

yes i believe it is its just to use in veg gonna maybees add some cfl in there too hot hps for flower just thought id give the led hype a go as it wasnt very expensive
