Would 2 of these be good for a box 2ft. W, 4ft. L and 4ft. H? Also, it says these lights will work for veg. and flower, looking for some confirmation on this.

Yes two ufo's would be perfect for 2x4x4. Yes those lights are dual spectrum and will handle veg through flower.

Same setup I am going with but I am going to add a Phillips full spectrum flood light as well. I will grow 3 maybe 4 plant in a 2x3x5 space
