Now there that's the key to why growing has become popular, it's better and cheaper than buying it from the street, although I've never bought it on the street lol. Auto's have nothing to do with the popularity and actually here they are still a mystery and just starting to be used more and more. Also the laws changing has a lot to do with the popularity as well. It's no longer just stoners and crims that grow, now it's gramma and grandpa lol.I grew Green house seeds auto skunk it was ok, pyramid seeds auto super hash ,good smoke great strain, afgan kussh ryder stinky as hell good smoke,sour crack,sour bubbly,and one or two more from mephisto, dinafem auto blue cheese good indica super tasty like candy , auto bubble from fem seeds.. That is what I can remember.. Nothing was killer smoke but that all was my fault.. my learning curve is slow,so i made bunch mistakes,ph lock's , aphids , white flies, root gnat,and bud rot..I had it all..
None of grown strains wanst garbage, and comparing with stuff from street?? My always wins..
