14days old,transplant question

Ok, i'll try to post some pics after work but my plants are 14 days old from seed and in jiffy seed starting mix. I beleave my 4.5" pots might be getting a little to small for them and was wanting to transplant to bigger pots with Foxfarm OF.

Any suggestion on when I should transplant? I heard not till 3 weeks old because of the nutes but i'm not sure.

i transplant around 2-3 weeks. when the plants are 8-12 inches tall

8-12"? wow i guess ill wait then cause my plants are only acouple of inches at best.

it doesnt really matter. i use jiffy pots too. u can put em in big pots whenevr u want really. sorry i meant to say when the plants are 8-12 inches tall u can go into flowering if u dont have much space.
