14gal reservoir, what size pump do I need for ebb n flow system for 4x4 tray

im looking at these pumps n they say 80 gal per hour, 140 gal per hour, etc.. what size would I need for a drip system and for a ebb n flow system with a tray of about 4x4 feet

measure how much water it take to fill tray to deriresd level(in gal.). how fast do you want to fill it? Example. (20 gallon tray/ 15min to fill)=(80 gallons/ 1 hour) or 80 gallons per hour. hope this helps

Get a bigger pump, 800-100 GPH submersible utility pump, they cost like $60, and get a fan controller, then you can adjust it, that way you can always increase and dial it in. That way you can always add more, try different feeding cycles, etc.
