I hear that, I fucking HATE being hot. Cool I don't mind so much but hot, I get cranky. My home (1300 sqft) has 13 tons of AC lol. Of course 9 of those tons are in the basement but 4 tons up in the living space is considered on the high side. It gets hot here, and the sun beats on the house really stoking the fire. Add to that my radiant floor heating from the grow downstairs and it's a battle, the 4 tons upstairs can't keep up on the hotter days (90+). I don't have to run the furnace in the winter though, the grow keeps it warm in here. I will even open some windows in the bitter cold to cool it down in the winter.
