150 watt hps or 150 watt cfl or assorted cfl small wattage bulbs for dresser grow?

I'm building a stealth 2 part grow dresser, still working on the blue print so if u have one please share. But im worried about the flower chamber lighting I want some good lighting but i dont want to overkill or have my plants grow to close and die? Which light would you go with? I plan on having a good carbon filter some good fans and let everything fall into place.
