150W HPS Cabinet Grow! Seeds & Clones

Sweet man.

Well I need to grab some PH down, like today. Switching over to the tap water has definately slowed it down, but the PH is still in the upper 6 range. I transplanted that seedling and my Super Silver Haze clones into larger plastic pots today. The Super Silver was definately over ready to be transplanted. I don't know what soil was in the party cup from the dispensary, but I put her in ffof so hopefully she'll like it, little nute lovin for her!

So I did some probing of alot of my seedlings with my soil PH meter, and the results match the pictures. My two larger clones (which have had slight discoloring but no serious damage) are sitting at around a PH of 6.6, the clones that are getting the damage are sitting around 6.9.

Is vinegar ok for downing the PH or does that react with the plants? Definately the easiest solution if it works

Well i've got a little vinegar and I'm adjusting the PH down, hopefully I'll see some good results in the next few days! In the meantime, I got some nice pics of most of the ladies for you guys!

The second pic if of those seedlings, showing the damage on the rear 2 and how happy the front one is! It's a badseed, but already has like 7 tops. One of the tops topped itself? Unless I did it...I know it hit a fan once just lightly haha

looks good so far. possibly a little overwatering? some leaves look a bit droopy, but nothing major. That's a lot of plants though, sure you got enough room?

Thanks man! Yeah I overwatered them semi-purposely with the vinegar'd water, trying to balance the PH out. I'm lettin them dry out now, checking on their weights to decide when to water.

I'm figuring out of my 5 seedlings I'll have 2-3 females, so that cuts it down. Also I'll be switching the clones and the largest 1-2 of the seedlings over to flowering within the week. Then I'll let all the other seedlings veg in my CFL veg box on bottom, and LST them to make sure they don't get too tall. Then the seedlings from below will go into flower in a few weeks. I'll scrog the hell out of the fawkers if I need to, it'll work .

Happy turkey day everyone! The ladies are lovin life right now. I switched them over to 12/12 from 24/0 like 2 days ago and they have already started exploding. I also have 2 seedlings that have sexed / female. WOOO!

Mmmmmm the girls are definately recovering from the bad PH well! All the new growth is nice and green, including the stems which were growing red previously. The super silver clone is such a strong sativa pheno, it's been fun lsting the crap outta. The romulan is still showing some slight leaf discoloration but is growing well, and the budsites are already starting to get decently hairy! My box is looking so nice and full I LOVE IT!

are you going to be able to make more room?

Yup! The cabinet I'm growing in has about 30" of grow space under the plexiglass, I'm only using like 10" right now. Trying to keep everything as close to the light while I can. Width wise might become a little issue, but I'll bend and twist everything as it needs it lol!

I know this is generally a nono, but I've been thinking about geting a window sill planters box about the same size as my box and putting all the girls in it. It would be a way more efficient use of space. I was ta least thinking of using deep grow bags to give more root depth

So I put these bad mamma jammas into flowering about a week ago. Since then they've been doing AWESOME. I'm getting a much healthier dark green back into the leaves, and the texture is looking great. Also I'm getting a TON of new growth, so I've been feeding 'em small doses of grow big for another week or two, then taper that off and start with a flowering nute regimine!

The best thing of all? 4 of my 5 seedlings have shown sex...ALL female so far! One hasn't shown itself yet but should in the next couple days...one could dream right? Haha. So right now I have my 2 clones (Romulan & Super Silver Haze) and the 4 seedlings that have gotta go for another 7-8 weeks lol. This box is going to get verrrrry bushy! I wasn't expecting so many females but I'm not complaining

Well, for those of you watching I've got a couple more pics haha. As it ends up every single badseed was female, so I have 7 flowering plants right now. Unfortunately that means that some will have to stay in party cups for the whole grow due to floor space. Oh well, even some of the party cup ones are pretty flippin happy! I'll pull them out for real pics where you can see the color soon...but the buds are forming veeery nicely! The Romulan clone is going to be a HUGE yielder in comparison with the rest, I'm hoping at least an ounce dry! It took to the LST incredibly, and created itself a full canopy with new tops

This is my biggest bud so far...out of a heavily indica bagseed. This little plant actually looks like it's going to yield pretty decent for being in a cup haha!

Thanks man. Been fighting some serious yellowing. Looks like my PH got out of whack again the few times I didn't have the meter around when I watered. but the buds are lookin AWESOME! About this time is when they're supposed to be fatterning up, and they're already pretty big!
Super Silver Haze: I've never seen the hairs so fat. The actual hairs themselves are huge! Gunna be delicious, great smell starting to get goin


Romulan is smellin pretty dang stinky too! You can see how much smaller the hairs are on the Romulan than the Super Silver Haze, this plant is going to put out some good volume. (Sorry for the sideways picture)
