16oz cup sog grow

I have read a few threads an people have finnished plants in 16oz party cups yielding up to 1/4. Sounds good just wondering what you would have to do to keep plant alive in such small pot. Triming roots etc.

I would definately like some tips on this as well, as i already have rooted clones in 16 oz containers and would like more tips on caring for them and how to get them to produce well and not be stretched and leggy. The clones are rooted and already 2 weeks into 12/12. been putting 2 in a week into my flower chamber. Just wanting to know how to get the clone to bud from the soil all the way to the top. any help guys?
